IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator to support a pharmaceutical site in Visp, Switzerland.

You will coordinate and support a portfolio of local IT infrastructure projects, working closely with business stakeholders, internal departments and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning through execution, monitoring, control and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support local IT infrastructure projects across different divisions.
• Manage project timelines, deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals.
• Track tickets and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.
• Take ownership of vendor interactions, particularly on a technical level.
• Analyse business processes and identify appropriate IT solutions.
• Support business stakeholders with IT-related topics.
• Coordinate closely with different departments and key stakeholders.
• Help drive projects towards successful completion.
• Support network engineering activities when required, depending on project priorities.
• Contribute to improving and establishing IT and project processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, implementation and project management.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and project delivery.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and external vendors.
• Fluent German and English .
• General understanding of GxP / regulated environments .
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional and multicultural environment.
• Ability to coordinate projects while understanding the underlying IT infrastructure.
