Recruitment Consultant | Engineering Biopharma Specialist | CH & NL
We are seeking an OT/Automation Specialist to support ongoing projects in a GMP-regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational technology (OT) background, experience in qualification & validation (GMP projects) , and the ability to coordinate and execute tasks independently. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can seamlessly interface with project teams, IT, and QA to drive automation initiatives forward.
- Location: Stein, Switzerland (100% on-site preferred, flexible thereafter)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: Until End of Year (initial), potential extension
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between automation projects and key stakeholders
- Rapidly onboard by reviewing SOPs and understanding project objectives
- Work closely with QA, create documentation, and assess market solutions for machine connectivity
- Support network infrastructure and ensure IT compliance (firewall setups, ticketing, etc.)
- Oversee deliverables such as cell counter replacements and integration of qualified laptops into the network
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong OT expertise with hands-on execution and project coordination
- GMP project execution experience (Qualification & Validation is a must)
- Network infrastructure knowledge (Pi Historian experience is a plus)
- Ability to independently drive projects and ensure timely execution
Interview Process
- One-stage technical discussion (45 minutes) with the hiring team
- Decision within 1-2 days
