ph3About the role /h3 pFor a leading global life sciences company expanding its manufacturing facilities worldwide, we are looking for an experienced bProject Cost Engineer /b to strengthen the Global Engineering Capital Projects team. You will be responsible for the cost management and cost reporting of large-scale capital projects across the organization's global facilities and infrastructure. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liSupport the development of project cost estimates and the transition from estimate to control budget /li liIdentify and establish all project interfaces (including systems), including protocols, responsibilities and points of contact /li liDeliver accurate and timely cost reports to project leadership and stakeholders /li liEnsure engineering partners and contractors apply proper methodologies and tools (e.g. Application for Payment process, material trending, productivity analysis, change log) /li liMaintain cost reporting (budget, commitments, value of work done, accruals, foreign exchange, estimate to complete/at completion, phasing) /li liSupport project leadership in managing resources and forecasting overruns or potential savings /li liContribute to project change and risk management from a cost perspective /li liControl the draw-down and run-down of contingency budgets /li liSupport project close-out activities, including asset activation and commercial close-out /li liProvide guidance and support to other cost engineers as needed /li /ul h3What do we ask? /h3 ul liBachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience /li li10+ years of experience as a Cost Engineer on large (250M CHF) pharmaceutical projects within EPCm organizations /li liClient-side experience within the pharma industry is an advantage /li liExcellent command of English; German is an advantage /li liStrong analytical skills, able to interpret complex/large data sets and draw conclusions /li liKnowledge of SAP, SAP Ariba and/or Oracle Primavera Unifier is a plus /li liExperience with EPCC-type contracts within pharmaceutical projects /li liAble to operate in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
