Your profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, identify and engage with high skilled talent across the sector within Bio Tech, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals and AI.
• Building your own brand/desk and a solid network.
• Key Account Management across Europe – act as the primary contact between our organization and major existing clients (such as big pharma companies). Understanding their unique hiring needs.
• Become a trusted partner in delivering exceptional service.
• Take ownership of the recruitment process for key accounts. The recruitment process starts from identifying highly skilled candidates, initial qualification calls with candidates, presenting a shortlist of candidates to our clients, managing interview processes and offer negotiation on behalf of clients and candidates.
• Build long-term relationships within these organizations to position our company as the preferred recruitment partner.
• Have an adaptable mentality and ability to work at pace to propose candidates to clients on tight deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Languages: fluency in Dutch, German, or French is a plus. Not a must.
• Skills: strong commercial acumen, powerful communication.
