Job DescriptionA global life sciences organisation is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to design, establish, and implement the PMO operating model, governance framework, management systems, and portfolio controls required to support organisational growth and delivery excellence.This hands-on leadership role focuses on building the PMO foundation, defining the organisational structure, implementing governance and performance management processes, and establishing the tools, reporting structures, and management systems needed to manage an integrated project portfolio.
