Start your career in Merchandising at Pandora – be working in close collaboration with the Senior Planner to support in planning, reporting and analyzing product performance.

Responsibilities

• Be the ultimate owner of Reporting (weekly Trade preparation, monthly, quarterly, yearly, promotional reports), plan vs. act reports
• Set up new reports, templates (e.g. standardize and implement promotional scenario reports) and run adhoc analysis
• Support with Top-Down Pre and In-Season Planning with long-term aim to take over planning for one of our distribution channels
• Support the Senior Planner with analysis to improve Sales & Inventory Forecasting
• Support in Promotional Reporting and Planning: Review and report on promotional activations, addressing actions and risks to optimize results. Run financial scenarios to identify best promotional activation with consideration of Sales and profit
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders within the Merchandising Team and across functions, always striving for joint success
• Support with administrative tasks and presentations for Senior Manager

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor’s degree in economics, Controlling, Merchandising, Finance or Fashion Management or you have an equivalent qualification
• You strive in a flexible and fast-moving working environment, and you ideally bring experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry
• You have a highly collaborative and approachable attitude combined with excellent communication skills enables you to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain strong working relationships
• You are proficient in managing large datasets and simplifying complex information for effective decision-making
• You are eager to independently and systematically explore new topics, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation
• You are fluent in English (verbally & written), German is a plus
• You are proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
