Welcome to Pandora EMEA Distribution Center GmbH , a logistics and distribution company of the Pandora Group based in Hamburg. Our Mission is to ship jewelry from our location in Hamburg to the EMEA region.

For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Moorfleet , we are looking for a Customer Relations Representative (m/f/d) – B2C German to enrich our Pandora family and drive our company forward. WE DELIVER – YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  1. After a training phase, you will be the first point of contact to handle communications via email and calls delivering proactive customer service and feedback to inquiries within promised response times.
  2. Handle and resolve inquiries in a professional manner following established policies in different languages.
  3. Ability to work independently, while having a strong team ethos with a can-do approach.
  4. Understand the policies and customers’ needs of the markets you support, and be able to flex these to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  1. Experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage – virtual or in-person.
  2. High Motivation and Engagement.
  3. You speak German at a native level and possess fluent verbal and written skills in English.
  4. Further language skills are an advantage.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Resilience against stress and great teamwork skills.
  7. Reliability and a strong Can-Do-Attitude.
  8. You have basic knowledge of MS Office 365.
  9. Working knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud is desirable.
