eCommerce Analytics Specialist (m/f/d) – Hamburg

As the eCommerce Analytics Specialist, you will be the key driver of data insights and financial planning for Pandora’s Northern Europe eCommerce business. Your analyses will directly influence decision-making, optimize commercial performance, and enhance the omnichannel customer experience.

You will be responsible for daily performance reporting, revenue forecasting, and long- and short-term financial planning, ensuring accurate data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with eCommerce Trading, Content, Marketing, and Finance teams, providing actionable insights that boost performance.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

1. Lead daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on eCommerce KPIs, including sales, conversion, marketing performance, and product trends
2. Build and maintain dashboards to empower teams with real-time, data-driven insights
3. Provide clear, concise, and actionable commercial insights to optimize performance and drive business growth.
4. Conduct post-mortem analyses of promotional activities to refine future strategies
5. Own and manage long- and short-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives
6. Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts for different markets, ensuring daily precision
7. Continuously refine forecasting models to adapt to market trends and improve financial accuracy
8. Support Finance and leadership in aligning forecasts with broader business strategies

Customer & Journey Insights

1. Analyze site visitor behavior, journey flows, and customer segmentation to identify pain points and opportunities
2. Consolidate and analyze customer feedback from reviews, surveys, and call centers, identifying trends and driving solutions
3. Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to evaluate omnichannel customer behavior and store performance

Team Support & Development

1. Train and mentor team members on reporting and analytics, fostering a data-driven culture
2. Ensure insights are accessible, understandable, and actionable for all stakeholders

2. Highly proficient in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or equivalent) and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar)
3. Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and budget management within an eCommerce or digital environment
4. Deep understanding of key eCommerce drivers, including customer journey management, website personalization, online merchandising, and A/B testing
5. Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear, actionable manner to business stakeholders
6. Commercially focused, proactive, and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
7. Speak, write and understand English on a professional level
8. Great communication skills and a positive attitude with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain strong working relationships
