- Top-Down Pre and In-Season Planning: Develop and manage top-down pre and in-season planning for two of our jewelry collections.
- Sales & Inventory Forecasting: Conduct monthly Sales & Inventory Forecasting and be the ultimate owner of the weekly Open-to-Buy for your collections.
- Trade Reviews: Play a key role in Weekly Trade Reviews by communicating variances to sales/inventory targets and defining clear actions to address risks.
- Product Performance Analysis: Act as the analytical driver to ensure \’one version of the truth\‘ on product performance against the plan.
- Forecasting Accuracy: Continuously seek improvement in Forecasting Accuracy to enhance financial outcomes.
- Promotional Reporting: Review and report on promotional activations, addressing actions and risks to optimize results.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders within the Merchandising Team and across functions, always striving for the joint success of your collection responsibilities.

- Min. 2 – 4+ years of solid experience in Merchandising and/or experience from retail, fashion, lifestyle industry.
- Strong, seasoned, technical Merchandise Planner/OTB Planner or with international/global vertical retailing, omni experience.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Speak, write and understand English on a professional level.
- Knowledge of planning software.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in managing large datasets and simplifying complex information for effective decision-making.
- Eagerness to independently and systematically explore new topics, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation, conduct insightful ad-hoc analyses.
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain strong working relationships.
- Proficiency with MS Office; especially Excel and Power Point.
