For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Moorfleet , we are looking for a

Customer Relations Representative (m/f/d) – B2C Germany

WE DELIVER – YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• After a training phase, you will be the first point of contact to handle communications via email and calls delivering proactive customer service and feedback to inquiries within promised response times.
• Handle and resolve inquiries in a professional manner following established policies in different languages.
• Ability to work independently, while having a strong team ethos with a can-do approach.
• Understand the policies and customers’ needs of the markets you support, and be able to flex these to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage – virtual or in-person.
• High motivation and engagement.
• You speak German at a native level and possess fluent verbal and written skills in English.
• Further language skills are an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience against stress and great teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a strong can-do attitude.
• You have basic knowledge of MS Office 365.
• Working knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud is desirable.
