Representative, Customer Experience (f/m/d) – B2C Italy (limited 1 year contract)
Location: Hamburg
Position: Fulltime
Responsibilities
- Handle communications via email and calls, delivering proactive customer service and responding to inquiries within promised response times.
- Resolve inquiries professionally following established policies in different languages.
- Support communication with Distribution Centre functions to ensure prompt and accurate information sharing to all relevant teams.
- Work independently while maintaining a strong team ethos and can‑do approach.
- Understand processes and customer needs of supported markets, and adapt them to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer‑facing role, either virtual or in‑person.
- High motivation and engagement.
- Native‑level Italian speaker with fluent verbal and written skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilience against stress and strong teamwork skills.
- Reliable and strong can‑do attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office 365.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems such as SFSC; experience with ERP systems is desirable.
Fair salary of 2875,00 € gross/month.
