For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Moorfleet, we are looking for you as a:

TEAM LEAD SUPERVISOR WAREHOUSE (m/f/d) full-time

WE DELIVER – YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY WITH US IS

1. You lead our employees and take care of the planning and management of daily work processes and staffing needs.
2. You take care of performance apportionment and conduct employee reviews.
3. You evaluate data to collect productivity, create reporting, and collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., Customer Relations).
4. You will be responsible for actively monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and processes within our systems.
5. You will report directly to the Inventory Manager and actively participate in the development and implementation of operational processes.

1. You have sound experience in the field of employee management.
2. You have the ability to analyze problems, understand details and correlations, and interpret facts in a solution-oriented manner.
3. You are characterized by your ability to act and your focus on results. Thus, you are able to make and prioritize decisions even in complex situations and have a high level of commitment.
4. You have a hands-on mentality.
5. With your communication and persuasive skills, you are able to shape discussion situations, actively approach others, and radiate confidence and drive.
6. Your willingness to change and self-reflection enable you to analyze successes as well as failures, develop possibilities for improvement, and be positive towards change.
7. You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel). Preferably, you have knowledge of an ERP system.
8. Our company language is English. Therefore, very good English skills as well as very good German skills are required.
9. You have a valid and unrestricted work permit for Germany (no job seeker visa, no student visa).
