For this role, we are currently offering start dates from September 2025, and will begin interviewing from March onwards.

• Develop data strategies that allow our clients to reach their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Design complex data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical and organizational thought leadership and guide clients in executing these transformations, which have significant organizational implications.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from business value concept to production
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development and expand your network both internally and externally.
• Support business development opportunities to generate new projects.
• Be a role model for people you work with by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter competence.
• Grow expertise in different industry and subject matter areas and share your knowledge with the rest of Deloitte talent.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Power Point skills: Ability to design and shape meaningful presentations.
• Strong Conceptual Capability: Ability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, simplifying complex problems.
• Business-IT Translator:Proficient in leading requirement analysis and acting as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions
• Team Collaboration and Leadership:Proven ability to guide nearshore and offshore technical implementation teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
• Technical Integration:Skilful in integrating system components, providing clear business explanations, and leading technical workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong Engineering and/or Mathematics background.
• Solid experience with Python. Experience with R is a plus.
• Experience delivering Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning and/or Analytics solutions on one or more of the cloud services providers: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and adjacent services required to bring use cases to production on one or more of the cloud service providers above is highly preferred.
• Experience with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks and Dataiku is a plus.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is a plus.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• At least 3 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Science or Healthcare sector is advantageous.
