Production Assistant for Leather Goods (m/f/d)

paper republic is one of the world\’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team of 80 people with more than 20 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spread over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop, making it a unique, fun and beautiful place to work. Part time or fulltime (immediately) You will assist us in the production, finishing, and quality control of our leather products. You will help with the stamping (cutting) of leather using the hydraulic press machine. You will support us in the production of our packaging boxes using the stapling machine. You will help with the production and packaging of goods and products. You will assist with the storage of materials and help maintain accurate inventory records (e.g., stock counts). You will take on diverse and varied tasks. You will ensure cleanliness and order in the warehouse. Proven 3-5 years of experience in retail management and store operations (POS, stock, workflows). You are motivated, focused, and organized. You have a strong attention to detail. You can easily adapt to changing requirements and new challenges. You enjoy working according to structured workflows. You are comfortable standing and moving during work and are physically enduring. You are flexible and can handle stressful situations. You enjoy working in a team and contribute ideas and solutions proactively. You speak English or German. You are passionate about notebooks, leather, and craftsmanship.
