Es handelt sich hier um ein Unternehmen aus der Augenoptik mit mehreren Hundert Mitarbeitern, zugehörig einem Konzern und führend auf seinem Gebiet. Das können sie von unserem Mandanten und ihren zukünftigen Arbeitgeber erwarten: **Ihre Aufgaben** - Analyze status quo, evaluate business requirements and develop a strategy for the further enabling international roll-out of the marketplace, align it with global stakeholders from different Headquarter departments and countries, derive and imple-ment the roadmap for executing this strategy - Steer the marketplace development team in close alignment with the Head of Marketplace as well as the technical product owner or solution architect including the creation of IT Demands and steering them until their business impact in delivered - Ensuring the marketplace fulfills all legal, data privacy, brand and security requirements including the generation of necessary output like approved security concepts - Stay aligned with head of marketplace regarding feature priorities, product strategy and technology roadmap. - Ensure the marketplace has an intuitive user interface based on latest trends in e-Commerce, UX and frontend technologies aiming to be best in class for the eyewear industry. - Responsibility includes leading the requirement definition and prioritization of entire journeys, new features and feature sets, that improve user experience and drive conve-sion within the given time frame - Work closely/collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, UI/UX designers, technical product owners and ar-chitects to ensure quality of the solution. - Coordinate with external Stakeholders the Integration of third-party applications and plug-ins as well as external or internal services - Drive best in class performance and identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve application efficiency - Serve as the primary contact for matters concerning Marketplace. - Good understanding of agile and waterfall frameworks (hybrid preferable) **Erforderliche Qualifikationen** - Master Product Owner (m/w/d), Software Develpoment (m/w/d) , or related field. - 4 or more years of work experience in software product development with of complex products with a proven track record of success-fully launched and operated products. - Preferable in a consumer facing, ecommerce environment - Willingness to take over responsibility and make decisions - Up to date knowledge in eCommerce experiences. Experience with e-comm platforms like Commercetools, Magento, Intershop as a plus, - Able to understand and drive high level technical topics like data management, information security, e-commerce systems integra-tions, marketing strategies - Drive to upskill themselves and the team permanently including learning from the best via benchmarking, customer visits and trend analysis in eCommerce outside of the eyecare field - Understanding of SEO-principles - Agile methods like Scrum, SAFe, Shape-up, etc. - Good communication and collaboration in cross cultural and remote teams - High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic and changing environments. - English proficiency, German is a plus - Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
