About the Job ISIS Papyrus Europe AG is looking for experienced, ambitious International IT Consultants to join their team. Working with blue‑chip companies worldwide, this position is suited to an already successful consultant who wants to be part of a company that is leading the way with its innovative technology within the Enterprise Content Management, AI and Adaptive Case Management collaborative arena.
As an International IT Consultant within our professional services team based in our HQ Brunn am Gebirge, your main focus will be to demonstrate, configure, implement, and support an industry‑leading software solution.
With a proven ability to excel in a customer‑facing role, you’ll have a natural ability to pick up new and innovative technologies and be able to liaise with clients through all phases of a project from proof of concept to go live. Full training in international location on the company’s product range will be provided to the successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our software and solutions in training centers and on the job.
Configure, install, and train at customer sites and virtually.
Analyze customer requirements and environment.
Design end‑to‑end solutions to meet customer needs using the Papyrus platform products.
Present the Papyrus system to technical and managerial audiences.
Perform project management duties.
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of IT software project‑based experience, working in IT organizations.
Experience in Cloud, UNIX and Windows environments.
Good knowledge of an object‑oriented programming language.
Proven report writing, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
Self‑starter with a passion for learning and is capable of working independently.
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of working time; international travel is required.
