We focus on consulting services around the topics of agile transformation, change management, training and coaching. The Role
- Support agile transformation projects at team and portfolio level
- Work in Agile coaching engagements, including Agile-at-Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Nexus, or Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
- Take on central roles in Agile Delivery Engagements, e.g. as Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner
- Support Lean Portfolio Management Projects
- Take responsibility for your work results in terms of time, quality and effort
- Fulfill an advisory role for our client managers and support colleagues in our practice
- Contribute to our thought leadership, develop intellectual property and methods & tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in agile delivery and transformation
- Experience and expertise in common Agile methods and procedures (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, Product Centricity)
- At least one recognized Agile qualification or certification (e.g., PSM or SAFe Scrum Master)
- Implementation experience using recognized agile methodologies
- Proven experience in agile coaching at team level
- Strong team player with a high willingness to take on responsibility
- Strong communication skills in German and English
