AI is reshaping how consumers discover and buy online — and most retailers in DACH don't yet know they have a visibility problem. Your job is to change that.
Parcel Perform is looking for a driven, commercially sharp Account Executive to join our growing DACH sales team and lead new business for our newest and most exciting product: AI Commerce Visibility. This is a rare opportunity to own a genuinely differentiated product in a market that doesn't yet know it needs it — and to build pipeline from the ground up in one of Europe's most important e-commerce markets.
You'll be based in our Berlin office and report directly to our Co-Founder & Chief Customer Officer.
Tasks
- Build pipeline — at speed and at scale. Proactively prospect across the DACH e-commerce landscape, identifying and prioritising the retailers most at risk of losing ground in an AI-driven world. You define the target list, you own the outreach, you drive the meetings.
- Lead with insight, not features. Run discovery calls and product conversations that start with the retailer's reality — their AI visibility gaps, their competitors outranking them, their lost traffic they don't know about yet — and connect that to a compelling reason to act now.
- Bring a sharp outreach strategy. Cold outreach is crowded. You know how to cut through — with the right message, the right channel, and the right timing. You use AI tools to personalise at scale without losing quality.
- Own the full sales cycle. From first outreach to signed agreement, you progress opportunities with pace and precision — collaborating with Solutions Consulting and Customer Success to move deals forward.
- Represent Parcel Perform in the market. Attend industry events, build your network across DACH retail and e-commerce, and position yourself — and us — as the go-to voice on AI Commerce Visibility.
- Keep your pipeline sharp and your data clean. Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot so you always know where you stand — and so does the team.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in an SDR, BDR, or junior AE role — with a track record of building pipeline and booking meetings in competitive markets.
- A natural prospector. You're comfortable with outbound, you don't wait for inbound, and you know how to open doors that weren't already open.
- Commercially curious. You take time to understand a product deeply, form your own point of view on why it matters, and translate that into conversations that resonate with senior buyers.
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken — and able to adapt your tone and message across both with ease.
- AI-native in your workflow. You actively use AI tools to research faster, write better outreach, and work smarter — not just occasionally, but as a default.
- DACH market knowledge is a strong plus — you understand the retail landscape, the key players, and how enterprise decisions get made in this region.
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or technology is an advantage, but commercial instinct and drive matter more.
Benefits
- A genuinely differentiated product to sell. AI Commerce Visibility is new, it's timely, and it solves a problem most retailers don't fully understand yet. That's a rare and exciting position to be in as a salesperson.
- Direct access to founders. You'll report to and work closely with our Co-Founder & CCO — with unfiltered visibility into how commercial strategy is shaped at the top of a scaling B2B SaaS company.
- Uncapped commission. Your earnings grow with your pipeline. There's no ceiling on what you can build here.
- A team that operates at a high level. You'll work alongside experienced KAMs, Solutions Consultants, and Marketing professionals who are invested in your success and collaborative by default.
- A Berlin base worth showing up to. Our office is at Rosenthaler Platz (Mitte) — central, well-connected, and surrounded by some of the best lunch spots in the city.
- Perks designed to support real growth: flexible leave, Allianz supplementary health coverage, a company pension scheme, employee stock options, and your choice of MacBook or Lenovo.
