Overview
As Global Clinical Trial Leader, you drive planning, execution and risk management for international trials in a remote Austria-based role. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure patient safety, data accuracy, regulatory compliance and timely study delivery. You shape trial documents, vendor oversight and study operations from planning to closeout, delivering speed and value to patients and sites. This role offers growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on meaningful impact in clinical research.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Plan and monitor trial timelines, ensure team alignment and on-track execution
- Support development of trial-level documents across functions (Statistics, Data Management, Medical Writing, Site Monitoring)
- Assess country allocation and trial feasibility
- Develop and implement trial-level engagement, recruitment and risk-mitigation plans
- Lead creation of core trial and patient-facing documents
- Ensure GCP adherence and regulatory compliance; oversee SOPs and risk monitoring
- Oversee budgeting and support quality monitoring, safety reporting, and DMC/SMC activities
- Prepare amendments and update training materials as needed
- Coordinate with functions for data cleaning and timely data delivery
- Coordinate medical writing support for CTR and manage TMF archival
- Support disclosure of results for global registries and publications
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Extensive experience in clinical trial project management across international trials
- Global experience in clinical research, healthcare, or regulated environment
- Strong collaboration and clear communication skills
- Patient-focused mindset with high attention to detail
- Degree (master’s is preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical trial management
- Strong PM experience with teamwork focus
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements and trial processes
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
