Within the CRM team, the internship is responsible for strategically advancing our targeted client outreach and creating exceptional customer experiences. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a high‑performing industrial environment within the luxury sector. The intern will collaborate closely with marketing, retail and digital teams to analyze data, improve processes, and contribute to project success. Job Responsibilities
Contributing to the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns across the full customer journey. Adapting and optimizing newsletters and other CRM communications in line with local market requirements and international brand guidelines. Supporting segmentation, analysis and interpretation of customer data to derive targeted marketing actions. Tracking KPIs, reporting, and measuring the success of CRM activities. Supporting the development and quality assurance of the CRM database. Coordinating with Retail, E-Commerce and Product Marketing teams to ensure a 360 client experience and taking on independent projects throughout the internship process. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a comparable field. Initial practical experience in marketing, CRM, or related areas (internships or working‑student role). Strong computer skills: PowerPoint and Excel skills are must. Adobe and Sales Force skills are desired. Good sense of aesthetics and audience‑appropriate messaging as well as strong communication skills. Analytical mindset, affinity for numbers, structured way of working and attention to detail. Initiation, creativity and team spirit. Fluent in English, German and French (written and spoken). Italian knowledge is desired. Additional Information
