You will:

• Take over the management and maintenance of the objects assigned to you and ensure that our parking garages are operated properly
• take comprehensive care of sales, cost and quality management
• be the first point of contact for our local contractual partners
• In the role of site manager, lead your team on site, create duty rosters and ensure the motivation, coordination and development of the team
• monitor, maintain and, if necessary, rectify minor faults in the parking management system and lighting
• take over information management, including research, acquisition, processing, forwarding and management of information
• carry out administrative tasks such as maintaining databases and managing files

You have:

• a completed commercial or technical training, ideally with initial industry knowledge
• Strong communication skills and a friendly and convincing demeanor
• a high level of team, success and solution orientation and are willing to work shifts
• confident use of common MS Office programs
• very good knowledge of German
• a class 3/B driving license
