You will work closely with Italo to build the Product Suite & Integrations platform.

In this role you will

• Define and drive the technical vision for Product Suite & Integrations, setting a clear roadmap that aligns architecture, scalability, and reliability with Parloa’s long-term strategy.
• Lead architectural excellence by making high-impact design decisions, resolving complex technical challenges, and establishing standards for security, performance, and maintainability across multiple teams.
• Champion engineering quality and efficiency , optimizing workflows, improving system performance, and ensuring services meet or exceed defined SLOs.
• Enable cross-functional success by collaborating with Product, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and partners to deliver robust, observable, and high-performing solutions.
• Grow and inspire talent , mentoring engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

Our tech stack: Microsoft Azure, React/Redux, TypeScript, NodeJS, Python, FastAPI, Inversify, NestJS, Jest, Kubernetes, Docker, MongoDB, Redis

What you bring to the table

• Extensive experience designing, developing, and operating high-performance, low-latency, and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, NATS) for real-time data processing at scale.
• Deep technical expertise in Python, TypeScript or similar interpreted languages at scale, with strong skills in distributed systems, system architecture, clean coding practices, and building maintainable, testable solutions.
• Proven track record leading complex technical projects, making high-impact architectural decisions, and delivering scalable solutions in fast paced environments.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills , mentoring engineers at all levels, driving cross-team alignment, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Clear, effective communicator able to influence decisions, align stakeholders, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
