Responsibilities
- Support and Strategic Management of Software Implementation Projects
- Analysis of customer requirements and development of appropriate solution concepts
- Planning, conducting, and facilitating workshops and training sessions
- Configuration and Implementation of myPARM at the Customer's Site
- Support in the planning, coordination, and successful implementation of client projects
- Stakeholder Management from the Customer's and Company's Perspectives
- Support for data migrations and interface requirements
- Continuous optimization of project processes and best practices
Requirements
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience (approx. 2–5 years) in the IT field, project management, consulting, or software implementation
- Technical understanding of software architectures, data migrations and API interfaces
- Interest in project management methods and digital processes
- Project management skills (ideally with certification, e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, or similar)
- Ideally, some experience with client projects or SaaS implementations
- Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with customers
