Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize parts availability for Besi’s global spare parts hubs, using AI-driven technologies and advanced algorithms.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to grant highest availability with lowest possible inventory value.
- Provide recommendations to configure Master Data in SAP, including Safety Stocks, Minimum Lot Size, MRP types, and Re-order Points, to achieve target service levels.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates, aging stock, and obsolescence to minimize inventory holding costs.
- Recommend supply chain strategies, such as frame/quantity contracts for frequently used, expensive, or long lead-time items, to reduce lead times and costs.
- Collaborate with the Intercompany Inventory Analyst to optimize inventories of different entities.
- Manage the consignment program according to agreed terms and conditions. Plan and analyze stock requirements, design replenishment flows to meet customer needs, and work closely with all involved parties to achieve goals and continuously improve the process chain.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management, with a focus on AI technologies.

- Knowledge of mathematical and statistical models, and AI technology applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
