As an Information Security Manager, you will ensure that the ParshipMeet Group remains secure and fit for the future. With your expertise, you will identify and minimize risks, optimize our ISMS and be the driving force behind a strong security culture. Minimum Requirements and Skills

• Several years of experience in information security
• In-depth knowledge of technical risk management
• A basic understanding of data protection and regulatory requirements
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in the further development of ISMS and the regulations of ISO 27001 or BSI basic protection
• Sound knowledge of vulnerability management
• A structured and independent way of working
• Enjoy working with different teams and departments
• Enthusiasm for the analysis of vulnerabilities and the prioritization of measures

What the role is about

• Awareness & Training: You act as an interface and advocate for security topics in our organization – in doing so, you develop sustainable awareness programs
• Risk management: You identify, assess and document technical and organizational risks and integrate them into our ISMS
• Project management: You support security-related projects, such as the implementation of NIS 2, and advise project teams on information security
• Vulnerability analysis & incident management: You investigate security-relevant incidents and vulnerabilities, derive targeted measures and document them
• Audit support: You are the point of contact for internal and external audits and support other departments, e.g. Legal & Compliance, with security issues
• Further development of the ISMS: You ensure that our ISMS is continuously improved and kept up to date
