Minimum Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience operating highly available web applications and self-hosted Kubernetes in virtualized environments
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, Puppet, Python, Bash, Linux, or comparable technologies
- Practical experience and enthusiasm for pairing and close technical collaboration
- Very good written and spoken English skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Clear, structured, and effective communication skills in technical topics
- Previous experience in system and/or network administration
- Strong awareness and passion for automation
What you can expect
- Operating, maintaining, and optimizing our on-premises Kubernetes-based infrastructure for part of our brands
- Ensuring high system availability and stability
- Our goal is to offer self-service capabilities and empower feature teams to independently develop and operate their services
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): We automate management of infrastructure components such as VMs, firewall, load balancers, CDN, databases, message brokers, and Kubernetes clusters
- You will collaborate closely with Operations, QA, and backend specialists using a Kanban workflow
- We are team players, not lone warriors: Pair programming and regular reviews are part of our daily routine
- When issues arise, we focus on solutions rather than assigning blame
