Our team develops and applies complex cellular models, high-content assays, phenotypic screening approaches, and multi-omics technologies to generate biologically meaningful, human-relevant data that support translational research and therapeutic innovation.
To strengthen our team in Regensburg, we are looking for a dedicated Laboratory & Operations Assistant with a background as Technical Assistant (BTA/CTA/MTA) or bachelor’s in biology or related life sciences.
Your responsibilities
This multifaceted role combines hands-on laboratory support with organizational and communication responsibilities. You’ll help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly, work closely with colleagues from diverse scientific and cultural background, and have plenty of opportunity to contribute your own ideas and shape how we work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Tracking supplies: Monitor stock levels and make sure laboratory consumables, reagents, and other materials are available when needed.
- Coordinating orders and deliveries: Manage purchasing, liaise with suppliers, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Improving how we work: Help keep our laboratory and storage areas organized, identify opportunities to improve processes, and put your own ideas into practice.
- Connecting people: Regularly Communicate with team members, clients, suppliers, sales representatives, and other external partners to make sure information and materials get where they need to go.
- Supporting daily operations: Help coordinate the practical side of our laboratory work and keep things running smoothly across a range of activities.
- Keeping records up to date: Maintain documentation and ensure that important information is accurate and easy to follow.

Requirements
