- Provide 24/7/365 support coverage across multiple time zones, including on-call rotations and scheduled weekend work.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade CICS TS and OEM products following technical standards and change-control procedures.
- Collaborate with disaster recovery teams and project managers to execute technical tasks and support customer migrations.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM zSeries/mainframe platforms, including CICS TS installation and maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of CICS TS architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting, with strong SMP/E skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
