In your role, your primary tasks will include:

• Supporting client relationship managers in preparing for client meetings and due diligence sessions, which includes compiling persuasive, bespoke marketing presentations and investment proposals, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Creating tailored, high-quality responses to client requests and performance updates.
• Coordinating and liaising with various teams and specialists within the firm to address client inquiries.
• Producing written market updates and summaries of investment activity.
• Supporting processes related to requests for proposals (RFPs) and providing well-justified inputs.
• Engaging in business development initiatives and conducting market research on various client target groups.
• Building professional and technical knowledge with the potential to develop into a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.

What we expect:

• The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the financial services industry, gained through internships within private markets, investment banking, or consulting.
• Undergraduate university degree with outstanding academic results.
• Native German speaker with excellent skills in both spoken and written English (hard requirement).
• Required experience in private markets, consulting, M&A, or investment banking gained by previous internships.
• Ability to problem solve with a client-focused mindset and willingness to work towards tight deadlines in a challenging environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with teams and individuals across all levels.
• Ability to take full ownership and responsibility.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills as well as a strong desire to learn and succeed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
