Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day trade execution in foreign exchange, equity, and money markets.
• Support the trade lifecycle end-to-end and act as an escalation point for external and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with credit and KYC requests from banking partners to support trading accounts.
• Contribute to firm-wide projects and continuously improve trading desk processes to ensure best execution outcomes for clients.
• Advise on public market-related discussions across the firm.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Operations, Treasury, and Investment Teams.
• Manage bank and broker relationships within our trading panel.

What we expect

• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial individuals with a track record of excellence.
• 3-5 years of experience in buy-side execution trading or sell-side sales trading, focusing on FX and Rates markets.
• Independent, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure positively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Ability to see the bigger picture and analyze issues quickly.

• Strong work ethic and a passion for excellence.
• Personal and professional integrity.
• Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Excel VBA, Python, and SQL is a plus.
