Overview
In this role, you join the Quantitative & Risk Management team in Zug to support risk analysis and decision-making. You will help develop proprietary quantitative tools and contribute to risk reporting for internal and external stakeholders. You work closely with senior colleagues to enhance risk processes and models in private markets. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position at a global financial institution with a start-up culture. You will have the chance to shape risk insights and impact across the firm.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Perform regular and ad-hoc scenario analysis of private markets data
- Develop, maintain and enhance proprietary private markets quantitative models
- Prepare submissions and presentations for firm-wide management and committees
- Operate and enhance firm-wide private markets models and systems
- Produce risk reporting and analytical insights for stakeholders
- Contribute ideas to improve risk processes, methodologies, and decision support frameworks
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Advanced degree in Mathematics, Physics, Quantitative Finance, or similar disciplines
- 1-3 years of experience in risk management within public or private markets
- Ability to generate original ideas and develop new models or processes
- Strong numerical affinity and curiosity about international financial markets
- Programming experience (Python / SQL) and Excel is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
