Senior Fund Controller - Reporting in Baar

Overview

In this role you support audits and NAV processes for a diversified portfolio, partnering with external fund administrators, auditors, and internal teams. You will review financial statements and reports, flagting issues and driving timely, high-quality deliverables. The focus is IFRS reporting and fund control within a dynamic global environment. You will contribute to improving reporting and control processes, while building strong stakeholder relationships. This is a hands-on role with real impact on the accuracy and efficiency of fund reporting.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Coordinate annual audits across a portfolio of entities to ensure timely, high-quality financial statements and annual reports
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for external fund administrators, auditors, and internal stakeholders for assigned deliverables
• Review NAV packages, financial statements, and annual reports prepared by external fund administrators, identify issues and follow-ups
• Support technical accounting assessments and escalate key accounting matters as needed
• Contribute to enhancing reporting, control, and audit coordination processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support timely issue resolution

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualification preferred or in progress
• Strong knowledge of IFRS; exposure to Lux GAAP, UK GAAP, or US GAAP is an advantage
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, controlling, or audit
• Solid technical accounting foundation with analytical ability to apply principles in practice
• Good Excel and systems skills; experience with eFront, SQL, Python, or VBA is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
