Overview
In this role, you will lead how we position the Evergreens platform across client materials, crafting impactful, consistent content that supports fundraising momentum. You will modernize our content engine by adopting data, technology and AI-enabled workflows to deliver high-quality, stakeholder-ready outputs. You will collaborate with Portfolio Management and Client Relationship teams to shape product marketing and ensure messaging aligns with our long-term responsible investment mindset. This is a high-impact role at the center of our client communications and growth initiatives.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Shape and execute product content activities for Evergreens, aligning with product marketing strategy
- Oversee/edit monthly Evergreen reports, pitchbooks, teasers, DDQs, and RFP responses
- Set standards for editorial quality and tone across deliverables
- Serve as point of contact for complex client requests and high-stakes reporting
- Drive adoption of new technologies, data tools and AI to improve content creation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate investment insights into client content; define metrics for content impact
- Stay current on private markets trends; liaise with other content teams for global consistency
- Support internal education and special projects to drive business growth and Evergreens fundraising
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of private market investments, Evergreens, portfolio management and market trends
- 5+ years in a similar financial services role; private markets experience strongly preferred
- Advanced analytical toolkit (Excel/SQL) with ability to translate data into client messaging
- Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Excellent editorial judgment and communication skills; ability to turn complex topics into client-ready narratives
- Comfort with leading change and leveraging technology/AI to improve quality and throughput
- High ownership, attention to detail, and prioritization under tight timelines
