Overview
In this role you will oversee IFRS-based financial reporting for a diverse fund portfolio from Zug, coordinating audits and overseeing NAV production. You’ll work with external fund administrators and senior stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality statements and reports. You will contribute to technical accounting discussions and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead coordination of annual audits across a large portfolio of entities, including complex and regulated fund structures
- Serve as primary contact for auditors and stakeholders to align timelines and deliverables
- Review NAV packages and financial statements prepared by external fund administrators for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to technical accounting discussions and assess policy impacts on NAV and financial statements
- Partner with external fund administrators on NAV processes and reporting deliverables
- Drive continuous enhancement of reporting, controls, and audit coordination to improve efficiency
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions to enable timely issue resolution
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support team development
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or ACA)
- Deep expertise in IFRS; knowledge of Lux GAAP, UK GAAP, or US GAAP is a plus
- 8+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, controlling, or audit
- Strong technical accounting capabilities with ability to interpret standards and apply judgments
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Python, VBA, or eFront is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, structured, and capable of managing a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication across cultures and seniority levels
