Our client is a Global leading business at a pivotal time of change, this role is central to the transformation within the HR function globally. As Global HR Digital & People Experience Product Owner, you will develop a global strategy for one of the pillars (SAP SuccessFactors) within the innovative Digital & People Experience team. In this central role, you are a visionary and take responsibility for product and process development. You will represent the employee and business interests by defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog and ensure that sequential deliverables are delivered that fulfill larger program functions and solutions.

In particular, you will:

  1. Transform traditional P&C processes into streamlined, people-centric digital solutions.
  2. Be responsible for the entire product and process lifecycle, including product vision, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery.
  3. Continuously monitor, optimize and adapt processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with global standards.
  4. Work with key local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment, gather feedback, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  5. Interface between People & Culture, IT, and other business units and ensure cohesive product delivery.
  6. Lead cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle and ensure on-time delivery.
  7. Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
  8. Oversee initiatives to continuously improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  9. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance and adoption and use data analytics to make decisions regarding process efficiency.
  10. Conduct market research and benchmarking to align the product with industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 or more years in People & Culture, including at least 3 years in product management or process optimization.
  • Certifications for Agile, PMP, Lean Six Sigma or similar qualifications are an advantage.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and German.
  • Successful global introduction and acceptance of the product in the relevant process area as well as measurable improvements in process efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Experience in leading global projects using agile methodologies and resource management.
  • The ability to use data to drive decision making, with some knowledge of analytical tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP SF, WFM cloud-based HR platforms, and digital HR trends.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders on new technologies.
  • Passion for improving employee experience and engagement.
