Philippe SA GenevaLife Series Process ManagerMissionWithin the framework of this function, in our Methods Division, you will be responsible for supporting production processes and actively participating in continuous improvement actions based on standards that you will be able to evolve autonomously.ResponsibilitiesAs the Life Series Methods contact person:- Create and update production files and tooling based on standards.- Lead or actively participate in continuous improvement approaches (5S, SMED, QRQC, ergonomics).- Implement the necessary actions to analyze and respond to needs and analyze deviations from standards, process malfunctions, and causes of waste in workshops and/or production lines.- Identify critical points of the line and bring them to the Philippe system standard.- Lead projects for the acquisition of production means and participate in process industrialization.- Define and update the reference system for production.- Implement the necessary actions for series products.Profile sought- ES Technician or Bachelor's degree in mechanics/microtechnology or equivalent.- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of watchmaking or microtechnology.- Mastery of Quality tools (8D, Capability).- Knowledge of specific tools (CAD - Solidworks, an ERP SAP, PLM Audros) and office tools (MS Office).- Mastery of functional ISO standards.- Knowledge of mechanical technique and Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.- Excellent interpersonal skills, person oriented towards the field.- Spirit of analysis and synthesis, rigor, strength of proposal. jidb16f67caen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
