/lili Lead or actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, SMED, QRQC, ergonomics, etc.).
/lili Implement necessary actions to analyse and respond to workshop needs.
/lili Investigate and analyse deviations from standards, process malfunctions, and causes of waste in workshops and/or production lines.
/lili Identify critical operations on the line and bring them to the Patek Philippe production system standard.

/lili Define and update the manufacturing reference framework.
/lili Implement necessary actions for the industrialisation of series products (re-industrialisations).

/lili Minimum 3 years experience in watchmaking or micromechanics.
/lili Mastery of Quality tools (8D, Capability).
/lili Knowledge of specific tools (CAD - Solidworks an asset, ERP SAP, PLM Audros) and office tools (MS Office).
/lili Mastery of functional ISO dimensioning.
/lili Knowledge in mechanical engineering and Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.
