p Patek Philippe SA Geneva Special Gear Manager (M/F) Mission p Within this role, attached to our Movement Components Division, you will manage a team of 22 employees in their production activities in bar turning and finishing.
In close collaboration with the other workshops of the Arm Wheels department and support services to ensure the production plan meets Patek Philippe quality criteria and standards, you will be responsible for achieving results and facilitating the Employee Experience.
