- Manages day-to-day QC function across BSA/AML & Sanctions Operations under the Director's framework.
- Leads a team of QC Analysts and ensures independence from production.
What You Will Do:
- Operate the QC program day-to-day across all review populations.
- Apply sampling methodology and error taxonomy, escalating findings.
- Compile results and track effective-challenge items to closure.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree and CAMS certification required.
- 6-9 years of BSA/AML experience including QA/QC or independent testing.
- 2+ years of people leadership and familiarity with alert and sanctions workflows.
Products & Services Knowledge:
- QC spans card issuing, acquiring, tax products, digital payments, and sanctions.
- Must understand product-specific typologies and Bank-vs-Program-Manager framework.
