- Manage daily operations of OFAC, 314(a), and PEP screening queues.
- Supervise the Sanctions Operations Lead and analyst team, allocating workload.
- Monitor SLA and productivity metrics, reduce overtime and weekend work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, Accounting, or related field.
- CAMS required; CGSS preferred.
- 5–8 years of BSA/AML or sanctions screening experience with 2+ years of people leadership.
- Salary range $72,000 – $120,000, plus annual performance-based incentive.
