Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding renewable energy products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries about installations, maintenance, tariffs, and the benefits of renewable energy solutions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, providing effective resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical queries and improve customer experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's renewable energy offerings and industry trends.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain organized service records for continuous improvement.
- Promote the company's services and encourage clients to embrace sustainable energy solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy or environmental sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
