Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support solutions to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively and efficiently
- Ensure a positive client experience by providing excellent customer service
- Document all support interactions and solutions accurately within the ticketing system
- Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates
- Work collaboratively with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary
- Provide training and resources to clients to help them maximize their use of technology
Requirements
- Fluency in German and a strong command of English
- Prior experience in IT support or a relevant technical role is highly preferred

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
