In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional technical support to our German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to online media services. Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide clear and concise instructions to help clients navigate technical challenges
• Document all customer interactions and technical inquiries accurately in the company’s support database
• Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues and work towards solutions
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by responding quickly and effectively to client needs
• Stay informed about the latest product updates and technology trends to assist clients effectively

Requirements

• Fluency in German and excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with online media tools, platforms, and technical concepts
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
