pEvery invoice for the hardware that goes into LYOBA comes to you before it gets paid. /ppPAVE Space is building LYOBA, a heavy kick stage moving up to 4-ton payloads from LEO to high-energy orbits in under 24 hours. /ppbSo, why now? /b /ppThe team is growing quickly, we're moving accounting in-house from our fiduciary and we're preparing for audit, all at the same time. You'll keep the books clean as the volume grows, so the month-end close takes days instead of weeks. /ph3You will own /h3pThe general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable from start to finish. That means coding and entering vendor invoices, preparing payment runs, sending customer invoices and following up on anything overdue. /ppMonthly reconciliations of bank statements, credit cards and balance sheet accounts, plus employee expenses: checking them against policy, entering them and getting them paid. /ppTracking fixed assets and depreciation, and following up on and reconciling stock. /ppMonth-end and year-end closing: journal entries and accruals, and support with financial statements and management reports. /ppPreparing VAT and withholding tax filings, reconciling payroll, and collecting documents and answering requests for internal and external audits. /ppFinding discrepancies and turning today's manual steps into automated workflows. /ph3What we are looking for /h3pA Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field /pp2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience /ppA solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS) /ppGood knowledge of fixed asset and stock management /ppHands-on experience with Odoo accounting /ppExcel skills you use every day: XLOOKUP, pivot tables and the formulas a reconciliation actually needs /ppNice to have: French, and experience at a hardware or industrial company with inventory. /ph3You will fit if /h3pA reconciliation that's off by a few francs bothers you until you find out why. /ppYou still meet your deadlines when the close, VAT and audit requests all arrive in the same week. /ppYou'd rather fix a manual step once than repeat it every month. /ppYou handle payroll and other confidential numbers discreetly, and you ask when you're not sure. /ppYou can work through a stack of invoices on your own, then explain a figure clearly to an engineer who needs it. /ppThis is fully on-site in Villeneuve (VD). /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
