pPAVE Space is building LYOBA, a heavy kick stage moving up to 4-tonne payloads from LEO to high-energy orbits in under 24 hours. /p pOur In-Orbit Demonstration spacecraft is moving from assembly to flight-readiness. The harnesses that connect every subsystem don't exist yet, and integration is measured in weeks. You'll be the person whose hands build the nervous system of the vehicle. /p h3You will own /h3 pFlight harness manufacturing end to end: cable preparation, crimping, soldering, connector assembly, lacing, and routing /p pHarness standard definition and design for power, data, and RF applications /p pSpacecraft Assembly, Integration, and Test activities; mechanical and electrical integration of subsystems /p pVisual inspections and quality checks on harnesses and integrated assemblies /p pFull traceability and documentation to applicable standards /p pCleanroom day-to-day operations: consumables, cleanliness standards, equipment upkeep /p h3What we are looking for /h3 p2+ years of hands-on experience in space hardware AIT or equivalent high-reliability products /p pProven harness manufacturing skills: crimping, soldering, connector assembly, cable lacing and routing /p pExperience working in cleanroom environments (ISO 8 or stricter) /p pYou read and interpret electrical schematics, harness drawings, and wiring lists fluently /p pRigorous, methodical approach, you don't skip steps /p pClear English communication (French is a plus) /p pNice to have: soldering certification for high-reliability environments, ESD-sensitive hardware handling, thermal vacuum or vibration/shock test campaign experience, rapid prototyping and iterative development, or previous work in a space startup. /p h3You will fit if /h3 pYou take pride in flawless workmanship on every crimp and every connector, because you know flight hardware doesn't get a second chance. /p pYou'd rather own the full harness build than hand it off halfway. /p pYou're comfortable spending your days in a cleanroom and ESD zones, and you keep those environments sharp without being asked. /p pYou step in where integration needs you, even when it's outside your usual scope. /p pThis is fully on-site in Villeneuve (VD). The IOD spacecraft is early; procedures are still being written, and some of the tooling isn't final. You'll be building alongside the engineers defining it. /p pWhat makes that worth it: the hardware you build will fly. You'll see your work leave the planet on PAVE Space's first mission, having built it with your own hands from raw cable to qualified flight hardware. We are building to ship, grounded on real hardware, real funding, real milestones. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
