Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial E-commerce Co-founder to join our team in Frankfurt. In this role, you will take ownership of our e-commerce strategy, drive sales growth, and shape the future of PawPro’s digital presence. You will gain hands-on experience in running an online business, developing essential skills in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and operational management. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to build a successful e-commerce company while contributing to the pet health industry.

Responsibilities

E-commerce Strategy & Business Growth

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and brand growth.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, including partnerships and marketplace expansion.
• Optimize pricing, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies.

Sales & Marketing

• Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to boost traffic and conversions.
• Develop and manage content strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze customer behavior and optimize the user journey to improve retention and sales.

Operations & Platform Management

• Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform (Shopify, Amazon, or other marketplaces).
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management.
• Work with customer service to enhance the online shopping experience.

Market Research & Analytics

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Use data analytics tools to monitor performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide insights to improve product offerings and pricing strategies.

Entrepreneurial Development & Learning

• Gain hands-on experience in running a scalable e-commerce business.
• Develop leadership, business management, and digital marketing skills.
• Stay up to date with e-commerce innovations and emerging technologies.

Qualifications
