Pax8 is on the hunt for a talented Data and Insights Manager to join our team in our Frankfurt office. In this high impact role, you will play a key role in driving listening programs and feedback initiatives to amplify client advocacy, reduce churn, and enhance the overall client experience! You will collaborate with clients to collect, analyse, and report insights that inform business decisions, while supporting the coordination of programs and tools to boost engagement and response rates

What you will be doing as our Data and Insights Manager:
Lead and energise the Insights Community by driving key initiatives like the Partner Advisory Council and EMEA listening programs – delivering seamless coordination and a world class client experience
Transform client feedback into action by conducting impactful research and collaborating with internal stakeholders to shape meaningful improvements across the Pax8 ecosystem
Own the 90 day onboarding insights program, managing end to end feedback collection and analysis to uncover churn risks and identify high potential client advocates to fuel long term success
Champion client success through clear, consistent communication – owning newsletters, SharePoint content, and internal visibility that highlights the positive impact of client centric practices
Invest in continuous growth by engaging in learning paths, leadership development programs, coaching opportunities, and assignments to sharpen your skills and drive your performance forward
What we are looking for from our Data and Insights Manager:
Industry Insight: You\’re a highly analytical and data driven individual with hands on experience working with or within MSP\’s or IT solution providers, giving you a deep understanding of the client landscape and what truly drives value
Research Driven Mindset: You\’re skilled at capturing meaningful feedback, translating it into insights, and delivering reports that drive real business decisions
Exceptional Communication: You\’re a natural communicator with a clear ability to discuss findings from client feedback – clear, confident, and effective across all levels, in English and other relevant languages
Digital Fluency: You\’re confident using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Forms, and PowerPoint to manage programs and deliver impactful presentations
Strategic Awareness: You understand the dynamics of the client channel and keep a pulse on the latest technology and business trends shaping our industry
Empathy and Influence: You see the world through our clients eyes and use that perspective to influence change and improve experiences across Pax8
Operational Excellence: You thrive in fast paced environments, bringing structure, precision, and strong prioritisation skills to every project
Adaptability and Agility: You\’re quick to grasp complex ideas and agile in navigating change, always ready to pivot and keep momentum moving

Salary and benefits for our Data and Insights Manager:
Salary: €50,000 – €55,000

Daily visits form our Barista specialist

Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week
Time: 8:30am – 5:30pm
