Payment & Banking Consultant (f/m/d)

Starfish is seeking a seasoned Payment & Banking Consultant (f/m/d), a hands‑on executor with robust implementation prowess, to join our 100% remote team. You will be instrumental in steering our software development projects in the Payments & Banking sphere from inception to execution.

Your role at Starfish:

• You’ll be the architect of customer‑centric projects, analyzing novel requirements, and crafting and deploying apt solutions in collaboration with our internal development squads.
• Occupying a pivotal role, you’ll interface with project teams and C‑Level executives, assuming full accountability for project management.
• Your curiosity for emerging technologies and innovations will fuel the co‑creation of contemporary, standout software solutions for our clientele with our team.
• You’ll play a key role in the growth and diversification of our consulting service offerings.

Your proficiencies and skills:

• You bring to the table a wealth of experience as a Consultant and in project management.
• You’re adept at strategic consulting within C‑level environments.
• You’re well‑versed in the payment & banking industry, with a keen interest in new technologies and innovations.
• Your professional demeanor, superior communication and consulting skills, customer‑centric approach, self‑motivation, solution‑oriented mindset, and strategic thinking set you apart.
• You’re open to occasional travel and possess excellent English language skills.
• Deep knowledge of payment and German language skills would be advantageous.
