Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing parking & transportation client accounts in Switzerland
- Serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the current accounts
- Monitor account performance to ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals
- Collaborate with product, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Stay informed on mobility industry trends in Switzerland through forums and events
Zentrale Anforderungen
- At least 5 years of experience in the payment sector or in transportation and mobility
- Fluent in German and English; French is a strong plus
- Strong autonomy and initiative with the ability to navigate internal teams and demanding customers
- Genuine interest in technical topics without requiring deep technical expertise
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
