Warehouse Operator (m/f/x)

We process deliveries and shipping orders for raw materials and clinical study materials, ensuring smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and storing deliveries under correct conditions (e.g., temperature-controlled storage)
• Recording deliveries in the system and labeling items properly
• Preparing necessary documents such as pick lists and shipping labels
• Shipping clinical trial materials
• Handling special deliveries (urgent/sensitive shipments) with trusted courier services
• Identifying and reporting quality issues, ensuring isolation until resolved
• Careful documentation in accordance with GMP of all work steps carried out

What We Are Looking For

• Detail-oriented and responsible work ethic
• Initial experience in warehousing, logistics or quality control (career changers welcome)
• Background in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not essential
• Accuracy and precision, especially in handling and documenting materials
• Reliable team player motivated to learn new things
• Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)
• Knowledge of German and English (required)
